The location was central. st stephen's cathedral and the stephansplatz metro were nearby. i could easily walk to the sisi palace. billa corso and spar were conveniently close, and i noticed many restaurants around.
my room faced a narrow alley. there was a restaurant across the way that seemed to cook a lot of schnitzel. kitchen odors were often quite strong, so i could not open the windows for fresh air. the room also lacked sufficient space for clothing storage, with only hooks available on the wall.

The hotel is close to the cathedral. it is in a central area that is only for pedestrians, so it is very easy to walk to many places. the breakfast had excellent options. I especially liked the good coffee.
the key to my room was an old key with a plastic strip, and i had to leave it at the front desk. i hope they weren't busy when i needed to retrieve it. applying, twice.

The staff were amazing and so helpful! the location is fantastic. It's really central. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection. It was regularly replenished, which i liked.
The parking situation was not ideal. The website said there was garage parking, but that was not the case! the shower screen was like it was going to fall off every time i moved it. apply, twice.

The room was quite outdated. Only one elevator served seven floors, so waits were common. The room key was a traditional key with a plastic strip. I had to leave it at the front desk.
